Residential/Commercial Mix

The NH Economic and Labor Market Information Board (ELMIB) in December 2006 published a newsletter showing the 15 cities and towns with the most employment in the private sector as well as in the private and public sector combined. Every city and town with a population over 20,000 made this list except for Derry.
Without a good residential/commercial mix, property taxes will keep rising and the burden will fall on the individual taxpayer. The following document shows the residential/commercial property mix for all towns in New Hampshire.
